Participation in the event is not open to members of the general public, the organisers of the
event reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without explaining the reason. Filling out
the registration form or registering online does not guarantee your admission until you receive a
written notification of validation of your registration. In case when the organisers are unable to
validate your registration, a full refund of the fee paid (minus transfer costs) will be provided. You
must notify us by email at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to send a substitute participant.
Delegates may not “share” a pass between multiple attendees without prior authorization. If
you are unable to find a substitute, please notify Nielsonsmith in writing no later than 30 days
prior to the conference date and a credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount paid,
redeemable against any other Nielsonsmith conference. No credits or refunds will be given for
cancellations received after 30 days prior to the conference date. Nielsonsmith reserves the right
to cancel any conference for any reason and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or any other
costs incurred by attendees. No liability is assumed by Nielsonsmith for changes in program date,
content, speakers or venue. By attending the conference you agree to share your business details
(name, job title, company name, telephone number and email address) with other conference
participants. You allow us to use your company name/logo on the list of conference participants.
In the event of Forum’s postponement due to COVID-19, no liability is accepted by Nielsonsmith
for any loss incurred by the client.
